The floor plan is functional and efficient. Two separate suites mirror image one another. The conference room (12x13) and/or first office lies directly off of the waiting area allowing easy client access and receptionist’s attention. There are four additional offices: two 10x12; one 12x13; one 12x16 and two handicap accessible toilet rooms.

A centrally located multipurpose room with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink on one wall and a work counter and full size copy machine alcove on the other wall is functional and efficient for all personnel. Wall mounted cabinetry plus a full size storage closet and room for a small round table or lateral files complete the room. The waiting/reception room has 12' ceilings with ceramic tile flooring while the remainder of the building has 10’ ceilings and carpet.

The building was designed by Mr. Alden Holloway, AIA, my Architect and builder. This picture shows the front elevation with brick veneer exterior and the stucco entrance alcove to suites “A” and “B”.

Mr. Holloway’s design-build services are available to you should you desire to build your own building on one of our pad sites. Other contractors are welcome. There is a set of design guidelines within the condominium documents for all to follow.
